My car is still giving me the same issues, after being at the service center. The after video inspection that was sent me could use better wording, you should never make costumers feel like they are a bother the service center. They didn't even address the one issue I mentioned, said they couldn't hear it because of the rain? I appreciate that they give you a loaner without hassle and actually offer it without even having to ask. More

This was my first service after buying my new car. I was very pleased, I didn't realize it was included until Owen explained it when I dropped it off.
