Friendly and courteous. Salesman Dale Long was super patient with us as we aren’t the easiest to deal with. Dealership didn’t quite meet my expectations on trade in value fo Salesman Dale Long was super patient with us as we aren’t the easiest to deal with. Dealership didn’t quite meet my expectations on trade in value for our one owner used Subaru but better than the dealer upriver offered by a margin. We paid full sticker price and financed half the cost of the new Outback at 3.9%. Overall we were pleased with the great staff and with the new Subaru which we plan to keep for a good few years. Rated highly with all safety features. The IT person (Preston) was very helpful in explaining all of the features of the car. I would recommend W&L for a new or used car purchase. More
