Kimberly went above & beyond, however at my previous visit the service rep missed the 60,000 service so I had sticker shock of $2800.00 bill at this visit. Dealership was busy as I showed up, was not sure if I would be given the time of day, but I was very well taken care of despite the hectic showroom. Curt was extremely pleasant to work with and was strai would be given the time of day, but I was very well taken care of despite the hectic showroom. Curt was extremely pleasant to work with and was straight to the point in trying to get me into a vehicle that day. Within 10 mins of arriving he was showing me the car and was taking my trade in to value it. This was all while he had 2-3 other buyers he was working with. There were a few things I wish were explained a little more, but I didn't ask the questions and they were extremely busy so it's a no-fault situation. 9/10 one of the best dealership experiences I have had, will be coming back. More
