Thank you for the review. We are sorry if the car you came to see was not in sellable condition. As background, every car we trade is immediately and automatically uploaded online. If we subsequently determine that a car is not going to be a good reliable car for a customer, we de-list it and wholesale it at auction. We would rather lose a sale than sell someone a car that is going to be a headache. We appreciate your difference in viewpoint, but the vast majority of our customers prefer not to buy something in poor shape, and so we will continue to look out for our customers in this way. The auto I was interested in purchasing was in very good condition, except for the cheap tires on it. My problem was that I never got the chance to sell my car to your people. I keep detailed service records, even light bulb changes. Oil change and tire rotation every 5k. All documented. All I got was that the car would be auctioned. The last sales rep who tried that stunt, is no longer selling cars, I made certain of that. I see the car was sold. Doesn't bother me. I can get what I want, at better deals than W & L. Sorry, your loss.

Thanks for the response. The car you were interested in may have been in good condition *on the exterior*, but unfortunately when our technicians put it on a lift and checked it out we discovered that it required numerous mechanical repairs. That is the reason we didn't sell it. A lot of dealers will sell stuff that they know have hidden mechanical issues that will require future expensive repairs for the buyer. That's not us. We're proud of the way we handle problem cars like this. We respect your difference of opinion on that, and wish you all the best.

I have no idea what you are talkung about. I must assune that the car I was looking at had many problems. But that doesn't negate the fact that there was no attempt for a fair offer on my car. This discussion has ended. Will nit return to W & L.
