Staff treats you respectfully and with concern for your issues. I was disappointed that a problem taken to them in late July was not adequately addressed. Came back for inspection on ‘24 crosstrek, told my tires needed to be replaced, and that an issue I was having was not part of my package so I’d have to pay out of pocket… completely unacceptable. The issue had to do w my rear view driver side mirror not defrosting, the passenger side works fine…. But not part of my package??? Technician would not even listen to my concern. I will not be back again for any service. More

The last vehicle I bought was an Ascent. It was more than I needed, But it was the first vehicle that I felt comfortable in. All the other vehicles were too cramped, no leg room.
