Since arriving in Birmingham, Voyles has serviced my 2007 Grand Cherokee. I met Ringo Hulsey first at the desk, who treated me fairly and honestly. He clearly understood what services the car needed and, as an elderly woman, I was very pleased. He arranged a ride to the car rental while they kept my car. Later, when it died, he helped with the decision I faced by pricing repairs versus replacement. I never felt pressured to buy from Voyles or patronized by someone more knowledgeable. Ringo went beyond the minimum to assure that I had a positive experience. I have never had such attention, respect, or understanding. I recommend Ringo to anyone for his integrity and wilI definitely return to Voyles in Birmingham for car service. More
Sent my Chrysler Pacifica limited van in to have new radio installed. It has taken them over a month to do job and it is still not completed. told me wrong part was shipped to them and they sent my van radio installed. It has taken them over a month to do job and it is still not completed. told me wrong part was shipped to them and they sent my van back today to wait another 2 to 3 days for correct part to arrive. I wish I could add pictures of how they delivered it back to me. It was filthy. It had oil stains all over the overhead ceiling on the drivers side. I called and told them to come back immediately and pick up my van and take it back and clean my van up to the condition it was in when they got it. So now I have no transportation because they said they had no loaners. I have to wait now until they can fix plus clean my van back up. More

I purchased a new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon 6 months ago and assured that, as a customer I would be given excellent service. Appointments are almost nonexistent with wait times exceeding 90 days out. I had a airbag check engine light on for over a month and have experienced nothing but frustration and a lack of care. I finally called Hendricks Automotive Group in Hover and was taken in immediately. While I waited they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and I was out the door. That’s service. I can’t afford to return to Voyles. More
