The worst dealership to buy a car from . I bought a 2019 keep wrangler sport from BenchMark jeep on 9/9/2019 and the car had a steering damper recall so I took the car to another dealership to do the recall keep wrangler sport from BenchMark jeep on 9/9/2019 and the car had a steering damper recall so I took the car to another dealership to do the recall and that was on 10/15/2020 and I found out the benchmark Jeep had claimed that they did the recall on the steering damper even though I never went back to them and I never authorized them to do the recall . When the other dealership checked the car they found out that the original steering damper is still on the car and Benchmark dealership NEVER did replace it and never did the recall even though they claim they did . And this is Fraud More

By far the worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Salesman had 20+ years experience so he claimed, but was t very knowledgeable at all. I drive a ram 5500 service truck. Due to warranty work I’ve had to use dealerships. I so wish I didn’t have to. My mechanic could have had the job done in 2 days what takes these people a month to do. It I’ve had to use dealerships. I so wish I didn’t have to. There’s 12 bolts that hold on my brake calipers. 2 was missing and 2 more broken off. This truck is heavy 18.5 thousand lbs. it needs brakes. Do not take your vehicle to these idiots unless you have to. More

Benchmark and Jason is awesome I first purchased a used vehicle from Jason at Benchmark in July 2016. At that time we did look over the Rams but, while impressed, we were not ready to covert from Silveradoes. Then the new 2019's came out. We went t5o Benchmark first but Jason was not there so we jsut browsed but they did not have what we were looking for that day. We visited every dealership from Meridian MS to Anniston, Al and up into Tennessee and down to Montgomery looking for that special one. Most dealerships I was not impressed with. We are old school and like to see what we are buying. Most of the sales people knew nothing they had on their lot. They didn't even know what came on the Ram Rebels - I was told that you could not get 4 corner air suspension or Panoramic Sunroof on the Rebels. I honestly can not remember any of their names because they simply did not make a lasting impression. We decided again to visit Benchmark and asked for Jason - I remembered his name because he was one of the few that seemed to always know what was going on and made that lasting impression. He came out, seemed happy to see us and was able to answer our way too many questions. He did not have to go and look up what was on the lot because he knew what they had. He pointed me right to my new Ram with the suspension, e torque and sunroof I wanted. Simple when a salesperson knows they product. AND he got us to purchase our first RAM! Goodbye Silverado... Again, negotiation was fast with paperwork a breeze. And we were in and out in record time. Benchmark and Jason are a winning combination... More
