Heater Issues OMG-REVISED AGAIN, The general manager said he was going to call me back after he spoke to the service manager to see about getting my car fixed. He has yet to call and I have called him twice, no response. I still have no heat or defrost so my granddaughter and I are going to freeze in the morning! Revised- The general manager called me and he is sending me a full refund. I told him I am not trying to get anything free, I just need my heat fixed. He is going to talk to service and see if they will fix it at a discounted price. He was very nice and apologetic. I took my Volvo to the Volvo dealer knowing I would pay more but I knew they would do a good job since they work on them daily. The heat on the passenger side is blowing cold air, and the defroster is blowing cold air. I picked up my car, and paid for the service they told me how hot my heat is now blowing. I did not check it because I assumed the dealer would be honest, and it was 68 when I picked it up, no need for my heater. On my drive home I was sitting at a red light and decided to check the defroster while I was sitting there. Well.....nothing works. Now they want up to $2500 more to fix the problem they said they fixed and I paid for. Finally the service manager, Jason told my husband he would refund the entire price I paid minus the part (which was a part I did not need). He also lied about that and shorted me 173 on my refund!!! More

Erin Gentry, sales, Paul Teets, sales manager, Anthony George, General Manager, Melissa Hare, Service Advisor and Anthony, Service Manager all provided me with exceptional service. This was a first time amazing Volvo car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership, team and the Volvo brand to anyone who wants a great product at a great price with exceptional service to boot! More

good work very expensive The service has been good over the last 12 years. I only had to return one time for an oil leak after an oil change. The cost of my recent was a lot for me, I had 135 mile service, and also had to have radiator replaced the total cost for car care was 1869.98 which is a little high in my view. More
