He went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my needs (and my family's needs, too), by offering to come in on his day off and trying guy. I picked up the phone to inquire about a vehicle I saw on line, and was immediately connected to Will. He was very friendly and informative over the phone, and we set up a time to meet at the dealership a c line, and was immediately connected to Will. I was extremely comfortable with Will from the start and he was very knowledgeable about the cars. There was no pressure at all and he made the experience very easy. We test drove two or three Volvos before I left that day. Two days later, I phoned him about the car I was most interested in and we again sat down to chat. I was very, very happy about what was given as a discount on the Volvo and also very satisfied with the amount on the trade-in. I purchased a 2012 S60.
