Customer service was worth the drive from the very beginning of my interest. Jacob Burns did not pressure me. They tarnished the name of Volvo with their haughty old school BS- take it or leave it mentality. Jacob's ability to keep me interested in another Volvo is the only reason I am returning. His manager made my day from the beginning with the assurance they will make me happy and my drive would be worth it and they did. Even financial person was clear and closed with excellent advice. Driving from Virginia to Maryland was worth the drive. Silver Spring Volvo should be the model on how to retain Volvo customers. No pressure, no hard selling, just like excellent customer service use to be. Volvo corporate should use this store as a model. I don't brag about Luke warm service, they truly exercised quality.
