Michael Wallace at Volvo Cars was extremely understanding of my situation and was very helpful and attentive to my needs/wants. I ended up spending more than I wanted, but I will probably hold on to the car for longer than initially intended. I was thinking I would just get something serviceable, but ended up getting something I actually like. I am more than satisfied with Michael's work and was happy with Andy's extra effort to get my credit report taken care of on the same evening. Overall an excellent experience and I will definitely return and recommend to friends. More

I never felt pressured or uncomfortable in my sales experience. my sales rep was completely knowledgeable about the vehicle and brand down to minor features. The XC-90 almost sales it's self, but with Sam's help and assistance I knew this was the dealership I wanted to buy my car, refer my friends, and become my family dealership. Volvo is not usually considered a luxury brand but the modern style and spacious room of this dealership definitely make you feel you are purchasing a luxury car. Everyone in the dealership is nice and Michael is very patient in answering you questions. Their prices are competitive and they are transparent with the numbers. Definitely recommend it. More

The selection and quality of vehicles and atmosphere are great. I worked with Iris Harley when I got my first Volvo in 2015 there (Herb Gordon/Silver Spring Volvo) and again just the other day, in getting the 2018 Volvo I'd hoped to get, not only possible, but a very satisfying experience..(...okay-to be honest,,,. I'm thrilled and my wife and I could not be happier. So, as with 2015, again the best car, and car buying experience thanks to both Iris and Noah and the team. More
Very good selection and service I did not have a Volvo in my thoughts for a new vehicle. I was looking at vehicles that had adaptive cruise control and AWD and Volvo came up in my se I did not have a Volvo in my thoughts for a new vehicle. I was looking at vehicles that had adaptive cruise control and AWD and Volvo came up in my search. I went to Costco and filled out the form. They assigned me to Brady, who contacted me promptly and worked with me to find a vehicle that worked for me. I ended up with a 2017 S60 R Design, which was slightly different than what I thought I was going to get (I was looking at V60's or XC60's to start), but the price was very compelling and lower than other dealers in the Metro Washington area. He worked with me on the credit, since I had been locked out of my Equifax credit report due to the data breach (that is a wholly different issue and Equifax does not make it easy to unlock the credit freeze). We were able to get a bank that would use a different service and we got the financing squared away. I was in and out of finance in less than 30 minutes and Brady made the process go smoothly. I was missing the owners manual and Brady stepped up by ordering the replacement manual and keeping in touch with me to get it to me. Highly recommended to work with him and the dealership. I have purchased 20+ cars over the years and this was in the top 5 for smoothest to finalize the deal. More

I flew from Florida to pick up my new car and they stayed well past normal closing hours to accommodate my travels. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks again for all your help! Great Service We were looking to buy a used Volvo XC90 and found a great certified option at the Volvo Cars of Silver Spring. When we arrived they informed us they We were looking to buy a used Volvo XC90 and found a great certified option at the Volvo Cars of Silver Spring. When we arrived they informed us they actually had a car that had just arrived and was being certified that day. We worked with Michael Wallace, who was not pushy at all and listened to our concerns and was patient with a husband and wife who had different views. We ended up getting a newer model with similar miles (still certified) at a similar price. There was a little back and forth from Michael to his manager (Andy) to try to get us the best deal, but both were professional and there were not really any games. The only complaint was the detailing takes a long time, but that was due largely to the fact that the car had just come in and needed a full workup. We drove up from Richmond and would do so again to get this good of service. More
