I had high hopes of working with the Volvo of Seattle dealership and purchasing a car with them. Unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. To save you from a long story, here are the main frustrations we encountered. - Had a confirmed appointment to view three vehicles, none of which were on site when we arrived for our appointment. -They asked us to pick just one vehicle to view because it was "too much work" to bring them in from there another lot (5 miles away) even though there were multiple days from our request to view these cars, to when our actual appointment was. -After viewing the vehicles, the sales-person said we could get to an agreed-upon price and he would follow up -No response, we had to follow up with him and we were nowhere close to the price we discussed -Later the prices were dropped online so we followed up and they quoted us higher prices than before. No consistency. It felt as if every conversation we had was an inconvenience for them. I have never had to try so hard to purchase a car. I do understand they need to make money and this is a business, but there was absolutely zero effort on their end to try and make this right. We never felt like our business was a priority, and working with a dealership like this, I would have expected much more. More
