Navid was very helpful in keeping me updated about my Volvo's repair status. I appreciate it that they were able to schedule this maintenance and provide a loaner car at the last minute. Dishonest dealer. Purchased a dealer-owned 2021 XC60. VCS gave me Car Fax report showing no accidents. Sales person said no accidents. One month after purchase, my insu Purchased a dealer-owned 2021 XC60. VCS gave me Car Fax report showing no accidents. Sales person said no accidents. One month after purchase, my insurance agent informed me car had previously been in a collision with damage to front, rear, and side. After very ugly negotiations, I was able to return the car and get my money back. GM Hans Kraml told me "I am only considering giving you your money back because you have been a loyal customer here for over 20 years. I'd never do this otherwise." Beware when they try to pull a fast one on you! This is NOT Bob Byers Ravenna Volvo! More
