Robert Munoz is very professional and accommodating. I came back because I enjoyed my previous experience. He understood what I needed done to my vehicle. He even remembered a service concern from the previous year, which I also had done. He was always a step ahead of me. He asked about service coupons and offered a ride while I waited for my vehicle. He kept me updated of the vehicle's status until it was done. No doubt I will continue to come back so long as Robert is around. There was also a little lady that greeted and took my vehicle in. She was very pleasant and clearly explained what happened next. She also just as clearly released the vehicle to me. As for the actual service, I was also very happy with the result. I got absolutely amazing service at the Santa Monica Volvo Dealership. Called ahead of time for my recall on my Volvo XC70 2007.
