I know all car dealers do this but being able only to talk to your advisor is nuts. It isn't good customer service. Service staff is very friendly and communicates well. Once they knew I'd be waiting for my car, they made sure to speed up the process and kept me looped in on timing updates. Called to schedule an appointment to see and test drive two used cars. Arrived and was informed one had been sold. The other was blocked in the lot and not ready? Salesperson suggested we could come back t two used cars. Arrived and was informed one had been sold. The other was blocked in the lot and not ready? Salesperson suggested we could come back the next day! I've never experienced such poor service from a car dealer. It also made me focus on the outdated cramped infrastructure and congested location and how awful going there for service must be. When I mentioned we will only be buying a Volvo and will be buying one within 30 days - he mentioned great deals for new cars could be offered without any realization of how poor the service and treatment. I guess they have a captive local market. If we go with a new car it won't be with this dealership. If a used car came in I would consider it but only purchased remotely . My time is valuable and I value professionalism and service which this dealership doesn't offer. I would give a negative star if possible from this insulting experience. More

Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive from the moment I arrived. They took the time to understand my concerns and kept me well-informed throughout the process. The communication was exceptional, with clear explanations of the maintenance procedures and any additional recommendations. They were transparent about costs and ensured I had all the information needed to make informed decisions. Overall, the customer service I received was top-notch! LOVE YOU ROBERT!! More
This dealership has service dept issues. beware. 1- they don't have enough space for the amount of work they have so dealership is perpetually overloaded and behind. 2- the ownership beware. 1- they don't have enough space for the amount of work they have so dealership is perpetually overloaded and behind. 2- the ownership minimized loaner cars or rental help. even with your having full extended Volvo warranty coverage. essentially they have a tiny amount to pretend they have loaners, but definitely not Volvo dealership amounts. so you have to wait 3 weeks to get what few they have. even if you have volvo factory extended warranty with loaner coverage. 3- service gets cars in and park them for longer than necessary to get worked on. so if you want timely service. you are out of luck, and they dont even give you a rental/loaner for their slowness. 4- their staff are very nice, but you definitely get the impression they know they have a too small service space and too many limitations on what they can do. so they don't do much beyond what mgmt empowers them to. so its kind of sad that they don't have the support or services that other dealership service for volvo has. Recall I had an issue which they would not get to timely so I had to go to Culver City Volvo, which had great service and timelines. This review is not of their staff, which unfortunately is handicapped by mgmt/ownership parameters. Just hope they reinvest in their dealership and get more space.... to do all the services they need to support the cars they sell. More
