John Creseto of Bellevue Volvo took my cold call on a new XC90, and turned it into my ‘dream date’ of trading in our old car and buying a new car. He is professional, patient, and in 2.5 hours had us out th XC90, and turned it into my ‘dream date’ of trading in our old car and buying a new car. Oil changes are overpriced and take way longer than they should even with an appointment. When I asked why prices changed, the answer given was that it's "because Jiffy Lube started charging more." Associate I dealt with paid little to no attention to detail when dealing with my contact information. Because of this, they left me in the dark about what’s going on with my car. Even when I reached out to them to get updates, they weren’t available to answer the phone or give me information. Great service. Reed is always the beat to work. Friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working. He took the extra time to help me figure out how to “use” the screen gadgets and how it works. Where to begin...!!! I walked into this unassuming deal shop thinking I would get some info about Volvo’s offering in the SUV segment of cars. I left feeling like I’d developed a friendship with the store. From the sales staff, to the finance department, and everyone in between, the experience was EXCELLENT! I know this sounds cliche, and I know saying “this sounds cliche”, is cliche...but my interactions with Volvo of Bellevue were real, they weren’t pushy, and most importantly, they were genuine. Im very impressed with the “non-car sales” experience I had, and can highly recommend Volvo of Bellevue for buying a Volvo. More
