Maybe this was just the service department having a bad day, but I found the experience questioning if I shouldn’t try another dealer for future service. Things started out Okay but went downhill from ther day, but I found the experience questioning if I shouldn’t try another dealer for future service. Things started out Okay but went downhill from there. I was supposed to get a text when my car was done (I was waiting at the dealership) It turns out my car was done but the service advisor texted the wrong number. I finally went out and saw my car and that it was finished. I never received the text and after telling the advisor this, was told to go to the checkout counter to get the paperwork. No one could find it. Turns out some one else’s paper was stapled over mine. This entire mixup took about 30 minutes. What makes it worse was that the advisor was just chatting with someone this entire time instead of looking into what happened. Very unprofessional! More

After leasing a new vehicle we have been extremely disappointed with their customer service. To start I had such a difficult time just getting the dealership to mail me the new plate. Next, 3,000 miles on the vehicle we se a maintenance due light. I called the service department for them to tell me they don’t know what that would be. I was told on the phone they would find out what’s going on and get back to me. Never heard back. So I called again, this time I was told my vehicle is very intelligent and it could be a teaspoon low on coolant and it would throw the code. Didn’t sound right, so I asked to speak with a manager. No answer, left a message with manager. Never called back. I paid a premium price and I’m receiving terrible. Never going back and plan to spread the word. More
