Hector, the Service Writer did not insure that the requested work was performed. In addition, he did not return my calls or keep me informed of when I could pick up my vehicle. Very poor communication between dealer and customer, extremely hard to get a hold of anyone to get an update. Very poor quality control for the repairs done. My service rep Lindsey was very personable & helpful and gave me a discount on my tires to beat a competitive price. Her team discovered that my car was still under warranty and covered some of the work!! T gave me a discount on my tires to beat a competitive price. Her team discovered that my car was still under warranty and covered some of the work!! They really went out of the way to provide service above and beyond! I was having issues with my key fob and they replaced the battery with a special “fix” so I wouldn’t have to pay over $760 for a new one! Also loved how the technician made a video of the condition of the car so I would know exactly what needed to be done!! Overall it was a very positive experience verses stressful! More

I was able to get my XC60's alignment done under 2 hours, plus a free wash. I waited when I grabbed coffee and water in the waiting area. I was also able to secure an appointment easily online from the day b plus a free wash. I waited when I grabbed coffee and water in the waiting area.
