Brought car in for routine service- service was not even started after two days. Very difficult to contact staff to inquire about progress. I am disappointed in the way Bellevue Volvo is run. The one recommendation would be to reduce the wait time at vehicle check in, There was no meet and greet just people standing at the Service doors. Advisor said there were no notes, so I had to repeat my service request again. Also I was asked if I wanted a car wash, but this was not done. For the most part I was pleased however I had to come back the following day to fix a problem that I did not come in with. I waited for 1.25 hours in the waiting room before asking on the status. That was a waste of time. They asked if I wanted my car washed. I said yes. My car was dirtier than when I dropped it off with water spots and dust.
