Leasing my first car I walked into the VW dealership just planning to look around for a car that I would like and I walked out with so much more. I was able to test drive I walked into the VW dealership just planning to look around for a car that I would like and I walked out with so much more. They made me feel comfortable They out of their way to help me get into a new vehicle I was at service when I got a call from a representative in the sales department asking if I w They out of their way to help me get into a new vehicle I was at service when I got a call from a representative in the sales department asking if I wanted to trade in my vehicle because they weren't looking for cars just like mine RoseLen was very helpful with answering my questions told me I didn't have to make a decision that day just to stop by for a free appraisal since I was in service I figured why not I'm happy to say I got to the showroom and was taking care of rather quickly felt bad at first cuz I had no intentions of trading in my car but by the end of the night they had convinced me to do so which was very helpful in this process answered all my questions got my payment close to where I was and off I went and my new car. Thank you so much sales team for helping me upgrade into my new car hope to see you guys in a couple years when I'm signing for another one . More
