I brought in a 2012 VW for service and I was given options to either do the recommended service or customize it to what I needed. The staff also helped me list the recommended services / repairs in order of priority. I was updated often enough on the progress of the service while I was waiting. The waiting area was clean and there is a quiet room. However, I had a long wait..it was a Friday. All in all a good customer experience. More
