I would be wary of this place. Me and my wife were looking for a TDI Volkswagen and I got an good online quote to start of with so we went down there. We test drove the car and started talking about p looking for a TDI Volkswagen and I got an good online quote to start of with so we went down there. We test drove the car and started talking about price I mentioned the Quote I got from the internet sales manager and I was told he wasn't around and they couldn't honor the quote and gave me a higher one. A few days later I was called and told that I could get the car for the original internet price quote and I said I would come in to start the paperwork. Not even 30 minutes later I get another call saying that the price quote given to me was for current stock only and they sold the car. When I asked why i wasnt given the price when I was there in person I literally got no answer other than I would have to talk to my manager and that the price now would be over 1,500 dollars more than I was quoted. Even for a car dealership these people especially can't be trusted and I will warn everyone I know looking for cars about this place. More

I stopped by to look, and I drove out with my new Tiguan!!! The employees are all so very helpful and courteous. I wasn't sure what kind of little SUV I wanted, but after some research I decided to Tiguan!!! The employees are all so very helpful and courteous. I wasn't sure what kind of little SUV I wanted, but after some research I decided to try VW. Don't know why I picked Union, but I'm glad I did. They made the experience so easy. I was so used to picking out a car, getting all excited, only to have to come back a few days later to pick it up. Not here! They let me test drive, found a color I LOVE, and gave me a quote on my trade in. Worked within my payment guidelines, and then I was out the door. Went back for my courtesy service two weeks later, and was so impressed with the service department too. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Brag all the time about my new Tiguan. Best experience yet in buying a new car. More

Really great purchasing experience. We couln't find the VW we wanted in Washington, DC, our hometown, but Union had it. They gave us the price we wanted, threw in a mat kit, and made the hole experience ea VW we wanted in Washington, DC, our hometown, but Union had it. They gave us the price we wanted, threw in a mat kit, and made the hole experience easy. We handled most of the process by email (we were out of the country when we initiated the process), and when we came up to get the car hey picked us up at the train, fed us lunch and took great care of us. We had not been impressed with the local DC dealerships we'd visited/talked to, but Union VW was an entirely different matter. I highly recommend them. More

I was very pleased with my purchase of VW Jetta SEL in December 2011. Russell Oliynyk gave us all the information about the vehicle and took us for a test drive. During the purchase he explained in great detail how the vehicle operates and showed us how to use the technology package, how to adjust the seats, etc. He was very friendly and we felt welcome to ask him questions. After the purchase he gave us a courtesy call to make sure that the vehicle is running fine and to check if we have any questions. He told us that we are welcome to stop by any time or give him a call if we have any questions. The manager is also very polite and friendly gentlemen. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.
