No hidden charges (One of the VW dealers that I had signed up earlier actually had hidden charges of almost $900.) , no haggling negotiations etc. In fact, I got picked from my place for me to collect the vehicle. There was no pressure to put down some deposit to block the car. They worked on the deal as soon as we had a verbal commitment. They kept their word on the verbal commitment, as is. I have had regular follow ups since buying the car on my experience.I have not known such service in the US car dealer industry. I drove 30 miles to buy from them and dont regret it a bit. I highly recommend this place, if you are looking to buy a Volkswagen. And ask for Adrian. More

Later we took it for a long test drive and went over the features while behind the wheel (me driving, him explaining the computer, dials, gauges, menus etc. Later, when I returned with my GF he let us take it for a spin together, no questions asked! (and that was quite a drive, let me tell you!) He gave me a good price for it and took care of the minor problems that you find on a used car (he fixed one problem himself, right on the spot). As usual when the inevitable last minute problems with down payment, financing, insurance, etc, occurred , Union rose to the challenge and got me thru them. I was directed to Brian Moen, who was more than happy to help. I found Brian to be extremely knowledgable, patient, and genuinely interested in finding me the right "fit" in a new car. Brian took the time necessary to explain all of the vehicle specs thoroughly before taking me on a test drive. He also suggested other vehicles which could meet my needs. At this point, I am still exploring options with Brian's expert help. I love the fact that this dealership is sincerely interested in making customers happy rather than meeting sales quotas.
