Chris was very friendly and helpful when it came to test driving and purchasing a car. We took the car on a bumpy road during the test drive to see how the suspension felt, which I appreciated because most driving and purchasing a car. The car was blocked in and it took a while to get keys and get it driving, but that was out of Chris' control and he did every he could to get us driving quickly and was very polite and apologetic. The only issue with the price of the car is the $2,000 Autobarn Care Package that got thrown on to the end of the price of the car after we had already negotiated a price. Chris was very understanding that we were unaware of this additional price beforehand and would not have considered purchasing the car had we known and talked to his sales manager in order to work out an acceptable compromise. Overall, we were at the dealership for a long time while paperwork was being filled out and we were waiting for cars to be moved around, but Chris made that process go by quickly and smoothly. More

This was my first, new car purchase, and Chris did a great job helping me find the Jetta I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had.
