I would have given my experience at the Autobarn of Mt. Prospect a great instead of just good, but it was an extremely busy Saturday afternoon, my husband and I could get no salesperson's attention. There was no one at the receptionist desk, so we didn't know who to speak to. I'm not sure how we got connected with the salesperson ,Kalina Stoyanov, but this was truly a match made in heaven. She was so warm and caring about out needs, she truly took the time to work with us, always with a smile on her face. I understand that this was just a used car, but we were paying cash, and honestly I was thinking about leaving because of the feeling of being ignored. Kalina got the best price for us, and even stayed after hours to complete the transaction. Just wanted to mention the coffee, hot chocolate sweet roll. donut area. If you are going to have something like this for customers, make sure it is stocked with cups, pastries, etc. It was a messy area, so someone needs to be assigned to tidy and stock the area throughout the day, or don't offer it at all!
