The only bad thing I have to say is about something I'd be given during the sale. I was told multiple times clearly that I would receive license plates and a city sticker. And I asked in order to be certain, and was reassured that I would. When I left I only got the license plates so I figured since it was late, that they just forgot. I went a few days later to ask for the sticker and I was told it was not part of the transaction. This was one of the main reasons why I agreed to buy the car, so I felt cheated out on what I was promised. More

Traded in my jetta with an aftermarket Radio with an exeption of bringing them the oem radio the next day. They changed their mind and refused to give my my after market radio back a day later. Customer service is only great untill you sign the papers, after that they will not live up to the deal unless you have it in writing. This transaction definitely deserved five stars if the sales team lived up to our verbal agreement of keeping the aftermarket radio. More

I am happy to share my experience with Autobarn and my certified preowned VW Beetle purchase. I found the car online and was directed to the Autobarn website for its details. I communicated through their online chat option with Jeff Fender who answered all my initial questions about the availability and general inquiry of the car Jeff invited me to come and see the car and take it for a test drive. That evening, I did just that. Jeff greeted us and introduced us to our sales consultant James Fischer who reviewed more details about the car while it was taken out of the showroom for me to test drive. James was very knowledgeable about the features and prompted me to test the different options while taking the test drive. We talked for a while after the drive and decided to think it over and touch base the next day. Early the next morning we were back and met with James to iron out the details and work out a deal for the purchase and a trade in. Although the process of haggling for price has always been my least favorite part of purchasing a vehicle by the afternoon we were able to come to an agreement. James provided me with outstanding customer service and went out of his way to ensure that I received a number of items that were missing from the car including; a license plate mount, a new programmed remote key and a brand new copy of the owners manual mailed to my house. The car had a few issues in the beginning with a headlight, the rear lid, the alignment, ignition switch and lock cylinder as well as a smoke odor and I needed to bring it back for repair work on two occasions only shortly after the purchase but, James introduced me to my service consultant xx Thakkar who made sure each item on my list of concerns were addressed and repaired, as well as clearly explaining to me what was being done and how long he expected it to take. xx set me up with a loaner car while all repairs were completed and all the items were covered under the extended warranty. Although there were these few issues at the start, I am pleased with the way James and xx took care of everything to make this buying experience a positive one. They called me, answered my emails, returned my calls and made sure I was kept well informed. I arrived at the dealership with a family member of mine around 2:30PM interested in a nicely priced 2006 VW Passat. When we arrived they informed us that multiple people were in person and interested in the same car, and were working to close out a deal. Now it turned out that we could not land the purchase for the 06 Passat, however Graciano Drwila, the car salesman who worked with us, was incredibly patient. We looked up every possible vehicle that was in my price range in their dealership and we ultimately ended up patiently test driving about 5 different cars. We ended up taking longer than regular store hours and we were there even a little while after they already closed. Luckily we found a beautifully clean 2002 black Toyota Camry that was in mint condition and generously priced. Despite the already decent price tag on the car, we were able to negotiate prices just a little bit more to better suit our budget. The manager was very kind and even came out to speak with us in order to make this purchase a reality,and ultimately we came out with a great buy.
