I've always had a terrible experience with this dealership. They treat you like a stupid, uneducated jerk! Went there to purchase a car, the salesman started going back and forth to his MANAGER, trying to fool me pay them $350 vehicle purchase fee, which was supposed to be waived, according to vw credit, plus they wanted me to pay $650 fee, that came in from nowhere. Left there, called vw credit, the person who answered was nice enough to help me pay off my vehicle over the phone , without paying $350+$650 fees that came out of nowhere.I'm sick and tired of this people that treat you like a jerk and want to make $1000 from you in 10 minutes. I'll never be back there, ever again!. I would like everyone to know that dealing with them is going to be frustrating and they are going to try to make the most money out of you, if you do not have the paperwork to prove yourself. My experience was totally horrible! More
