I hate buying cars. I hate it. And while I hold I hate buying cars. I hate it. And while I hold that no car buying experience can ever be easy, once the ordeal was over, I felt a true since of I hate buying cars. I hate it. We were like war-weary enemies embracing at the center of the battlefield after the signing of a treaty. Our faces caked with mud. Our hearts heavy with the sorrows of past transgressions, but simultaneously joyful at the prospect of our bright futures. It was one of the few negotiations in which I didn't feel bad afterwards. Dariusz treated me fairly, and worked tirelessly to get me a price I was comfortable with. Plus, as much as I fought against it, I'm glad he and Mike set me up with a roadside assistance package and a 4 year/100k mile warranty. (Thanks, guys). I love my EX-35, and I never want to be apart from her. But when the inevitable happens, and it's time for another car, Autobarn VW of Mt. Prospect will be my first stop. More

Chris was a great salesman. I went in to just "look" at the car I knew I was going to buy soon. He was friendly and took the time to answer and show me the whole car. Today, I call him because my front license plate fell off a day after purchasing the car. He was friendly and said to come in anytime and they can fix it. He also said if I call him ahead of time he can make sure they run it through the car wash. I was very impressed with VW and Chris. I would refer them to anyone and everyone. The reason for my low rating is simple, this dealership does not care about there customers. First experience while under warranty dealer told me part was replaced that was not replaced. When questioned further the service advisor admitted to his mistake. The dealer than at next service gave me a courtesy free car clean when after sitting for three hours I get my car back they did not clean any interior or trunk carpet and made a mess pouring oil into engine. I tried to contact bill the service manager and he simply blew me off he did not care. I will tell everyone to avoid this dealer at all costs and do not buy a vehicle or service your vehicle there they do not know what they are doing. The worst experience ever owning a car. More
