I went to The Autobarn with the intent of purchasing a Jetta. Prior to setting foot in the showroom, Chris found my father and I oogling a pre-owned Tiguan, which was the type of car that I had been wanti Jetta. Prior to setting foot in the showroom, Chris found my father and I oogling a pre-owned Tiguan, which was the type of car that I had been wanting, but thought was out of my price range. Chris sat us down and asked me what I was looking for in a car and what I could afford. Apparently the Tiguan was within my grasp! I fell in love with it right away and ended up purchasing it soon after test driving it. Chris also had me drive the Jetta, just to make sure that it wasn't the car I wanted. He also worked very hard to get the price where I needed it to be! Chris made sure the car was in pristine shape when I picked it up and has continued to check on me and the car over the past few weeks. When I brought the car in for a minor service issue, he came to personally check in on me in the service department. Chris has gone above and beyond what was expected and he's done it because he enjoys his job and the relationships he's built with his customers. I would definitely buy another car from him in the future, as I never felt hassled or pressured, I actually enjoyed the experience of buying a car at The Autobarn! Thanks to Chris! More

We purchased a 2012 VW Touareg from Autobarn. We worked with a sales person that is no longer there and left shortly after we made our purchase. Like any used car purchase there were a few things that need with a sales person that is no longer there and left shortly after we made our purchase. Like any used car purchase there were a few things that needed to taken care of. After we escalated our concerns to the GM Joe Park, everything was taken care of. Joe has a great deal of integrity and takes customer service very seriously. If everything went as smooth as it did when Joe got involved, I would have given a a "great" in all categories. I am confident that if we need anything in the future, Joe will make it right. More

I was having a hard time getting financed because I had no credit history. I called the dealer and spoke to Martin. I told him I had no credit and I was willing to put something down to get a car that is w no credit history. I called the dealer and spoke to Martin. I told him I had no credit and I was willing to put something down to get a car that is worth the money. He found me two cars a 08 Rabbit with 49k and a 07 Civic with 65k. I was so excited because I thought I was going to get stuck with a car that has well over 100k. Well they got me approved and I took home the Honda. I have no problem with the car and I love it. I can't believe how helpful Martin and the dealer have been. I will come back for another car and I will recommend Martin and his dealer to whoever is looking for a car.
