As a fairly new VW owner I jumped aroud to a few VW Dealers to see who had the best service. Without a doubt the individuals and service meet my exceeding standards. Also, John Paul has been a trusted service advisor for a family member for many years. What compels me to write a review however is a recent experience at VW Mt. Prospect. Without going into too many details a serious and complicated problem occurred with my vehicle (Let's chalk it off as user error) and I brought it to Wojciech at the Autobarn to be serviced. What I thought could've and should've been a nightmare at other dealerships I have dealt with in the past ended up being a dream at Autobarn. Wojciech and Bill (Service Director) went above and beyond to make sure the end result was my vehicle was better than new and that I had one of the most memorable and pleasant customer service experiences.
