I found five dealerships that I requested information from and the quickest, most polite and non overwhelming was the Autobarn VW in Mount Prospect, Illinois. We live quite far from this dealership and finally decided on going to see the vehicle on Saturday 2/8/14. It was during a blinding snowstorm and our nerves were shot by the time we arrived at the dealership. When we walked in they all made us feel so welcome and got us calmed down so quickly it made our drive worth it. The vehicle was ready and waiting for us. We were able to meet the young man who helped us on the internet. That was nice to put a face with the person who you wrote back and forth with. We would like to thank Jenny ( who we put us in contact with Mark internet sales), Allen Mando (Sales) who completed our sales transaction and was absolutely amazing (thank you Allen) , Mike (financing) who was so efficient and knowledgeable. We were in and out of the dealership with a new vehicle in a little over two hours. Hands up to one and all thank you . You have a fantastic team. Graciano is such an asset to your dealership in which he helped me accomplish to get the car of my dreams. I've wanted to get the VW CC ever since i saw it on the road and after going to other non- VW deal helped me accomplish to get the car of my dreams. I've wanted to get the VW CC ever since i saw it on the road and after going to other non- VW dealerships, i decided to go Autobarn as my friend got his VW Golf a couple of years earlier. Upon arriving to the lot Graciano was more than welcoming and didn't make me feel like i was speaking to an arrogant salesman; God knows I've been among them too long. Graciano was very genuine and he was very understanding of my situation in that i had an old car and wanted to "upgrade" my ride a little. I could tell he had as much passion and enthusiasm about the CC as i had since he owned it himself and this really helped me develop a better connection with him. I was a little apprehensive and questioned weather or not i could afford this car and Graciano made me feel calm when he said we'll see what we can do for you. Upon realizing that i was able to afford it, he gave me a heart felt congratulations and i really felt like i was cared for. Other dealerships were very pushy and broke it down to daily dollars and cents and said "oh, you could afford 98 cents a day can't you?" These dealerships just push you and make you feel like you can afford a vehicle when you really dont and the Autobarn MP helped me realize it has salesmen like Graciano that care about the driver in the long run not just to get them a good commission, which i hope in this case Graciano received a good one as he well deserved it. I came in to just have my Passat checked out and ended up walking out with a new car! Dariusz was probably the most technically knowledgeable dealer I have ever had a chance to work with! And on top of it, walking out with a new car! Dariusz was probably the most technically knowledgeable dealer I have ever had a chance to work with! And on top of it, he was also the nicest.
