I wandered the sales floor, checking various vehicles, looking at price tags, and no one approached me. I called later and spoke with Joe Parks who apologized and said that was an aberration. Returned the next day and was again ignored by multiple salespeople who were standing by the door but never approached me or asked whether they could help me. When I complained to Joe that he misled me, Vic came out and told me to leave the premises. No apologies, no explanations. Clearly they don't need my business, and they probably don't need yours. More

Chris showed me all around the car and helped me transfer items from my old car to my new car. I love the car and would definitely recommend the dealer and Chris to family and friends. More

The next morning I called Kalina back and said "Lets make a deal", and she did. Dealerships will certainly sell more cars with people like her. Everybody there showed a great deal of respect to the customers. NO pressure, just whatever they needed to do to satisfy you. More

I am writing this review because I wanted to let people know that this was one of the most pleasant and least stressful car purchases that I have ever been a part of. I came in looking for a Jetta SportWa know that this was one of the most pleasant and least stressful car purchases that I have ever been a part of. I came in looking for a Jetta SportWagen, had all my questions answered, test drove and within a week when I could return (busy schedule to deal with), happily purchased my wagen. Christopher was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we were getting everything we wanted in a car. We were down sizing a bit from our minivan and it was important to make sure we purchased something that fit our lifestyle. In the past I have left dealerships with a feeling of, "thanks, bye, we have your money, don't plan to see you anytime soon", but this time when we left the Autobarn in our new car, my husband and I knew that we planned on seeing Christopher and the staff at the Autobarn again, because they want you to remain customers for a lifetime. We will return for our next car purchase and our friends from Pennsylvania (who only drive VWs), will be in this summer visiting and will be seeing Christopher for their new Jetta SportWagen, I think that says a lot! More
