Excellent Experience I searced online for a Volkswagen CC and noted that you had a Volkswagen CC for $16,445. This was much cheaper than the average price of a new 2013 Vo I searced online for a Volkswagen CC and noted that you had a Volkswagen CC for $16,445. This was much cheaper than the average price of a new 2013 Volkswagen CC ($ 17, 700). I am located in St Louis.I called Mr. Robert Baturin and asked him about the car. He gave me a detailed description of the car. I was very skeptic but Robert assured me that the car was a good deal.I called him a couple of times and he assured me that the car was a good buy. The people working at Evanston and Irving park were total dishonest people and I've caught them in multiple lies. I was refered by a friend to the autobarn in mt.prospect. As I came in I met Joey ruffolo. Right of the bat I felt welcomed and comfortable. Joey was nothing but an honest guy. It was too good to be true. Joey helped me pick the car I was looking for which was a 2014 jetta gli. I made an offer on the car and they were more then happy to sell it to me for the price I wanted. Joeys manager victor did everything he possibly could for me to walk out of the dealership happy and satisfied. 3 hours later I left the dealership happy and satisfied, didn't feel like I was done wrong in anyway. I had no regrets what so ever. If I could rate these guys with 10 stars I would. I definetly recommend this dealership in mt prospect to anyone who is looking to buy a car, new or used. Joey and Vic were great and honest salesmen and I definetly will be back here soon for my next car. More

However Autobarn was different and the paperwork was processed so quickly, I felt like they respected that our time was valuable. I would Highly recommend this dealership. And Mark was the best salesman, mostly because he wasn't pushing us, as the other dealerships did. He was calm and it was a relaxing, rather than stressful experience. I can't wait to buy my Volkswagon from Mark, since this car was for my son. More
