2013 Passat I was greeted by Adam who would later be my finance manager. He introduced himself and then lead me to Gus who got me started with my test drive. After the complete rundown of the vehicle and the features, Gus got me started on my paperwork. After we sorted out pricing and other processes I was introduced to Adam again who would be handling my finance portion of the deal. He was extremely understanding and really helped me understand what I was looking at, what I was thinking of purchasing and helping me choose what would best fit my budget. All in all this was an extremely painless and FUN experience. I would 100% recommend heading out to the Autobarn of Mt Prospect.
