Feeling welcome. This was supposed to be just an oil change in my 2005 VW Jetta GLI. It turned out there was some more repair needed. My service advisors, Karol Basisty and xx Thakkar, greeted me nicely as always. Then xx explained all the details. At that moment a thought came to my mind to talk with my sales representative, Eryk Buczynski, to see if I could buy a new car. I had visited Eryk a few times earlier and we discussed many options, but it was not an easy task since my credit was not the best, This time I was lucky. Eryk used His magic and I was driving back home in a brand new 2014 VW Jetta SE. Even the blue color was my favorite one. I would like to thank my service guys, Karol and xx, who helped me so much and made me feel welcome every time I brought my old car to have it serviced. Also the technician, whose name I do not know, for doing a wonderful job. Now I am looking forward to visiting Them with my new Jetta. We spent a week talking about prices, features, financing etc. and I came in on my terms to close the deal with him. If you want someone to stand by their agreement and if you want a fair deal that will make you feel good when you drive the car off the lot, look up Joey and Autobarn. I also what to give a shout out to Adam in credit. He took the time to explain things in a very clear and concise manner. Very professional. Zoltan answered my call, put me on hold, went outside to verify if the car was still available, and told me he would have it clean and ready for my inspection . . . which was cool. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Dariusz and we took the car for a drive. They couldn't give me anywhere near what I wanted for my trade, so we negotiated on a price for the GTI. The lone bad experience was that they continually try to sell you protection and service packages. That is no different than you'll find anywhere else these days. Ended up buying the car because Dariusz was very helpful and extraordinarily knowledgeable. He is the very definition of a car guy. After the purchase, he followed up with a couple of e-mails and phone calls to assure all was well. Provided additional info that I needed after purchase. Really good kid. More
