We needed to trade our Audi in, and found a VW Atlas on the internet. We were given Keelyn who worked with us. My son in law and I flew down on Thursday and went home on Friday. I'm so glad I had the chance to meet and work with Ruben during my car-buying process. From the start, I felt comfortable with both Ruben and Nick from the finance office. The entire team was quick to Ruben during my car-buying process. From the start, I felt comfortable with both Ruben and Nick from the finance office. The entire team was quick to respond and incredibly respectful. This was my first time buying a car, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through it. Ruben was there for everything—answering questions about the car and anything else that came up along the way. What I really appreciated about Ruben was that he never pressured me. He gave me the space I needed to think things over and make my decision. Plus, whenever he needed to reach out, he would text first to make sure I was available to talk. After visiting many dealerships over the past month, Ruben and the team at Volkswagen stood out as the only ones who truly respected my time and didn’t bombard me with calls. Now that everything is finalized, I know I can count on both Ruben and Nick to be there if I have any questions, and that makes me even happier with my decision to go with Volkswagen! More
