My only issue is timing. I had a battery light which indicated a possible problem with the alternator. When I called the first appointment was 2 weeks out. When I asked about I had a battery light which indicated a possible problem with the alternator. When I called the first appointment was 2 weeks out. When I asked about driving it I was told to charge the battery at night. The next day the car died in traffic & had to be towed to the dealer. They did the work in a reasonable amount of time once it was there, but had they paid a little more attention when I first called it would have saved a great deal of frustration. More

I am a little old lady who was having trouble switching out the license plates on my 2005 VW Jetta. The kind service people at Volkswagen of Duluth removed the corroded screws, put on the new plates, and, out the license plates on my 2005 VW Jetta.
