My only issue is timing. I had a battery light which indicated a possible problem with the alternator. When I called the first appointment was 2 weeks out. When I asked about driving it I was told to charge the battery at night. The next day the car died in traffic & had to be towed to the dealer. They did the work in a reasonable amount of time once it was there, but had they paid a little more attention when I first called it would have saved a great deal of frustration. More

They got the job done however The deal was that the truck I purchased would have a fresh oil change . Upon delivery I noticed that it was 500 miles away from needing the oil changed . Also the business manager did everything possible to convince me to accept loan terms other than what I had requested. Ultimately I purchased the truck however I live out of state and have not received my registration and tags yet. So whether he got that part right remains to be seen . All in all I'd rate them a 3 typical car dealer looking to turn a profit over customer satisfaction More

I am a little old lady who was having trouble switching out the license plates on my 2005 VW Jetta. The kind service people at Volkswagen of Duluth removed the corroded screws, put on the new plates, and, out the license plates on my 2005 VW Jetta.
