H Tyler at Duluth VW helped me with all aspects of my situation from start to finish including assisting with insurance and getting me into a new VW. He is knowledgeable, consistent, reliable and trustworthy. I’m grateful for his time and communication throughout the process. Dan in service has also been an incredible help as I navigate through working with repairs and insurance, appraisals, etc. on the recovered stolen vehicle. The staff at Volkswagen Duluth is amazing. They are not judgmental…my son and I went in there to see if we could get a car for him. They listened to us, worked with us and in the end…was able They are not judgmental…my son and I went in there to see if we could get a car for him. They listened to us, worked with us and in the end…was able to get him a 2024 Taos as a lease. They have followed up a couple times after to see how everything is going. If I could lease another vehicle this year…I would!! More
