Hello Rachel. This car was in a collision. A bad collision that required the car to be towed here. So yes it is a 2023 with 19K miles but the damage is from an accident, not a part failure. That is why it is not being covered. I can assure you the techs do not know what gender, age, race customers are. The techs only see the cars and make recommendations based on the car. This car is in need of a body shop and was towed in from being in an accident. We are going to try and get some additional things covered under warranty and if not, your vehicle insurance should be able to cover some of these items. This does not seem like a fair review based on the situation. Thank you
