Horrible customer service and poor communication! ! My oilcahange was quoted to take between 1-1.5 hours. I asked for an update after 1.5 hours and was told it would be another 30 minutes. However, ! My oilcahange was quoted to take between 1-1.5 hours. I asked for an update after 1.5 hours and was told it would be another 30 minutes. However, it was over 1 hour later that my car was ready. I never received an update or an apology for the misinformation and length of my wait!! More

I would rate it a negative 0 if I could. this is the worse dealership I have ever been too,they’re rude they sold me a bad car and try to deny it. I took in my car cause it was breaking down after a month in a half that I bought it and they tried to make me pay for the service and treated me like garbage managers are horrible never answered my phone calls or wouldn’t call me back!! I actually wish there was neutral vs just yes no for recommendation. I just do not trust the service department. Not only had I just had the exact service done on my car. My garage even reinspected it t recommendation. I just do not trust the service department. Not only had I just had the exact service done on my car. My garage even reinspected it the work and said all was good and suggested I bring it to the dealership. I asked them to give me the part so I could bring it to my garage and they would refund me for the part. That did not happen. Luckily the manager ended up taking the cost of the part off of the total cost. I just have doubts that that was even the issue with the car and feel maybe just the computer needed to be reset. Unfortunate that I feel that way. My garage was in contact with the parts folks where they got the part so I know it was under warranty. Luis refused to remove part cost and was supposed to hang onto part. More
