Roman Rokiciak, I sincerely understand your frustration, and I want to address your concerns. I did overhear the conversation between Alonzo, and he did mention that the car would be in the shop for two hours. Given that the car is 23 years old, inspections do tend to take longer, especially since its service history has been quite limited—primarily consisting of oil changes with minimal additional maintenance. Despite the coupon being nullified for diesels, we honored it and even doubled its value for this visit as a goodwill gesture, which I hope is something worth noting. Sorry Fred, you did not hear the promised time correctly. I brought my car in at 11:45 and was told by your employee that it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I was NEVER told it would take two hours. Even if that was true, I did not get my car back until 2:40 - almost 3 hours!! The age of the car has nothing to do with the amount of time for an inspection. My whole point is that not once did your employee inform me that the oil change would take that long or apologize for the delay. In addition, I don't understand why you are mentioning a valid oil change coupon that I presented at the time of my write-up and that was not doubled in value. I have been to City Volkswagen and Countryside VW and never experienced such poor customer service and excuses.
