I came to Downtown Honda to get my key fobs replaced. However, there was not anyone sitting at the counter for Honda. It was the sakes rep sitting on his side for Volkswagen who asked for a Honda person However, there was not anyone sitting at the counter for Honda. It was the Volkswagen representative who changed out my key fob batteries In a matter of minutes.. Very disappointing service from Honda. Thank you, Volkswagen! More

I have brought my car in (3) times for the same issue. Each time I was told that they fixed the issue. Within 30 seconds of getting in the car after service, I realized that the issue was still ther Each time I was told that they fixed the issue. Within 30 seconds of getting in the car after service, I realized that the issue was still there. And the issue is significantly worse after my last service appt. I am driving across country right now for my wedding and told the dealership how important it was to me for this to get this fixed. I am very disappointed and am considering going to a different dealership. The staff member who was helping me (Christie) is very sweet and made the less than ideal circumstance more digestible. Hope the feedback helps you and helps me get to the bottom of my issue. More
