Michael was very transparent with his commitments which I really like.. For ex. The time it might take to service the car. I also appreciate his commitment to getting a part replaced. Beware! ! I scheduled a service appointment via their website for an oil/filter change and tire rotation (pretty basic stuff). The website showed $119.99 fo ! I scheduled a service appointment via their website for an oil/filter change and tire rotation (pretty basic stuff). The website showed $119.99 for the oil/filter change. When I arrived at the dealer, Service Advisor (Brian) quoted me $190 for the oil/filter change and $60 for tire rotation. I said "no way!" and asked that they honor their price on the web, After countering with a $150 price, I still said no and finally Brian said the service manager would honor their website price (gee, that was big of them). I leave the car to have the work done and a few hours later they text and email me about four red flagged critical additional services that need to be done immediately for over $1,000. I decline them all, as they really are not critical and in fact one of the items (coolant flush) was just recently done at a different dealer. After declining additional services, I get a call from Brian that they will do the additional services. What's up with that? I tell him that I declined all these services via text! I pick up the car, paid $124 for the oil/filter change and $35 for tire rotation plus shop and 3% credit card surcharge fees. When I get home, I notice that the tires (which I had marked) were not rotated! I was ripped off and charged for work that was not performed. I would not trust this dealer! More
In 2020, I prepaid for 5 years of service and similar to every other year the service team did whatever they could to pretend to "forget" and try to charge me. Usually after showing them receipts they end u every other year the service team did whatever they could to pretend to "forget" and try to charge me. What's different for this year is that while they didn't charge me, they also didn't perform the services - tires etc. Additionally, one day after having my car, the keyless remote wasn't working (not a battery issue) and I am getting a warning light that my tail light is out (it is not). More
