They do not say markup. They will declare “premium” on vehicles due to supply and name everything under the sun to try to make a point. I understand there is a markup on VW ID.4 but these people want 17.5K over MSRP for the vehicle. Really? Really? At this point, I will be paying 5K or even 7.5K to their competition in the burbs. Out of courtesy, I will not list their competition here but a quick google search will get you a markup map updated by people’s real information. More

Most bizarre dealership experience I have ever been a part of. Took three weeks to get a lease quote, bait and switch conversations constantly, if I ask about one thing they answered about something else part of.
