Everyone did a great job getting the car we were looking for even though it wasn’t in stock. The ~10% ‘market adjustment fee’ was a surprise after we were told the cost of the car and had sat down to finali for even though it wasn’t in stock. If you are going to take advantage of the tight market and high demand, be up front about it and don’t bait and switch. it’s not a fee or cost of doing business - it’s the profit you can take given the current market conditions. I was scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 6 pm, when I got there I was told all service technicians leave at 5 pm and there’s no possible way to get one. If you are going to use an offshore or thir when I got there I was told all service technicians leave at 5 pm and there’s no possible way to get one. If you are going to use an offshore or third party company for scheduling at least make sure they communicate with the service department. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 1 because Mike at the service department was very nice and helpful and gave great service, he was the only reason I came back. Kudos to Mike but for the management that can’t fix the miscommunications with the scheduling— do better. More
