I bought my car from them (before it changed names) and have been bringing it here to be serviced since then. I have had to have it serviced elsewhere twice in that time and both of those experiences were terrible compared to how I'm treated at Downtown. They have ALWAYS gone out of their way to explain all the services I am doing, services that are available, and how to work with my pay and work schedule if I can't do everything that needs to be done at once. They are always helping me find the best deals, finding coupons etc. I'm not naive enough to think that it's done corporately from a charitable standpoint, but the people who work there are always wonderful. That's what keeps me coming back to this particular dealership: the wonderful people who work there. More
