11/15/19 Hi - Adam was super helpful while I was waiting for my vehicle. However, from what I can assume was out of his control my oil change took more than 2 Hi - Adam was super helpful while I was waiting for my vehicle. However, from what I can assume was out of his control my oil change took more than 2 hours and I did not receive the typical complimentary car wash or have my summer mats changed out to winter (as I requested). This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership and I'd highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great car at a great price. I travel 40 miles and fight Chicago traffic to get to them, but the experience and savings make it well worth the trip. Great people and great service! More
