mgreen. Please call me so we can figure out how to make this right. We test drove the vehicle several times and were unfortunately not able to duplicate your concerns. We did treat the brakes hoping that would correct the issue from coming back. We believe the noise is there just maybe it matters on things like outside temperature/weather and how long its being driven. But we have a plan to help get this figured out and properly fixed. Earlier, I attempted to resolve this issue directly with your team, and you assured me that your service manager would follow up to address the matter. However, despite this promise, no one ever reached out, which makes it clear that resolving customer concerns is not a priority for you. I also sought mediation through the BBB, but your response was dismissive and showed no genuine interest in resolving the matter. As a former customer, I believe it’s important to share my experience to inform potential customers. They should be aware that you may attempt to impose unnecessary charges that other dealers do not, and they should insist on obtaining clear, upfront pricing for parts and services before proceeding with any business with you,They should also be aware that if you fail to deliver the job on time, you may place the blame on them. Furthermore, if a loaner car is offered, you may attempt to charge them for it, adding further frustration to an already unsatisfactory experience.
