I wrote in the appointment note to fix the seatbelt and they did not. They called when the car was ready and when I asked about the seatbelt they said they would not be able to start working on it for anot they did not. I had stressed when I dropped the car off that I needed to pick it up as early as possible and did not have time to wait for the seatbelt. More

It took all day for minimal services. After all of that, my brakes are still squeaking despite that being the one thing I told them I really wanted fixed. They also rotated my tires, and now one of my tires my brakes are still squeaking despite that being the one thing I told them I really wanted fixed. They also rotated my tires, and now one of my tires says it’s low on air. I’m not really sure how that happens after you do a full vehicle inspection. I will go to a different dealership next time.
