We discovered that the car needed a new windshield, but we were told that due to a parts shortage, it could be 6-8 weeks before one would be available. Chris and Matt Kutyna managed to locate a replacement windshield and the car was ready in a little over two weeks. Chris patiently answered all my questions and even personally delivered my car to me in the suburbs as I was anxious about driving in the City. More
I didn’t like customer service. I was told I would have a loaner and when I got there they didn’t have any. Also I had to come back to get a piece on the car they had to order That I had paid for. My salesman Kenny was awesome guy, would definitely recommend him to anyone. Easy to work with and gets the job done. On another hand, financing Managers wouldn’t say the same especially Mark. But in this situation I just have to because as a buyer I had to take care of some things myself, where this was dealers job. I traded in my car, and I wanted my plates to be transferred to my new car I was buying. I was told from fanatical Manager, there is a glitch. Where he had issue transferring my plates. He said I will give you temps for few days while I figure out the issue, and will give you a call tomorrow, meaning the next day. Well that didn’t really happen, I actually had to call the dealer 100 times to try to Figure out what is going on with my plates being transferred. Left voicemails, and call back numbers nothing!! I Literally had to bug him so Many times for him to answer my call twice and still wasn’t Abe to take care of my issue nor to fix my problem. I had to call Secretary of State myself to see what to do. And I am still dealing with this problem. The only thing they told me well we can issue me a new plates, where I would have to pay 350$ which doesn’t make any sense. Why would I get new plates if I have my own, and transferring mines is only 25$. Very bad experience when it comes to This. But again Kenny was awesome guy and all credit to Him. On top of all that while I was there trying to buy my GTI, and working on a deal, I get the news my car Honda Accord was hit in the garage. So I even had to deal with that issue, call the cops, make a report all on my own. Again only good person there was Kenny that worked with me others 0 stars. More
