Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago location has mediocre customer service and works too slow to diagnose and fix issues. Every time I have to come in, I use a different service specialist and I have been di customer service and works too slow to diagnose and fix issues. I was under the impression that when I got my car back I was going to have a full tank of gas. When I purchased it the week earlier it was to late in the day & that is why I brought it in. Check in and servicing process was easy.
