Slowest service ever! I was repeatedly told 10 more minutes while I ended up at the dealership for over 4 hours. Lots of people standing around and I was told they were swamped yet I was the only custo minutes while I ended up at the dealership for over 4 hours. I tried to schedule an appointment to change my wiper blades and check the back driver side inner light of the truck which never worked since I got the car . Called several times but no call back. 2nd time I have asked for prices on the service packages before my scheduled appointment and still did not get the information prior to coming to the dealership. Then the service I signed up for online is before my scheduled appointment and still did not get the information prior to coming to the dealership. Then the service I signed up for online is not even provided by the dealership I was at. Once inspection was completed, I asked two questions that the technician was unable to answer. Additionally, I asked for the explanation that was given to me over the phone, to be included in the estimate report. The techican was hestitate to do so. After being hung up on twice(probably by mistake), I just came up to the dealership to get my car to take it somewhere else. I asked the other technician the same questions, and he was able to answer them on the spot. What he told me, if I known previously, I would have gotten the service completed at Volkswagen, but now I need to get this sevice completed somewhere else before the holiday travels. Lastly, I was told via text my car was ready to be picked up, however when I got there, I had to wait an additional 15-20mins after paying for my car making me late for another appointment I had. Overall bad experience. More
